The AIA Board would like to congratulate Sharon Pugh and Don Koeltzow on their election/reelection to the AIA Board for the term 2012 - 2014. Their three year term begins on January 21st, 2012

The results of the Voting on the Covenants are that none of the proposed amendments passed.
Amendment #1 - The revision of the basic Covenants did not pass with 50% of the 808 eligible site owners.

The AIA board wishes to thank the Covenants committee that spent 3 - 4 years to come up with the proposed changes and the Election Committee for counting and recounting the votes. Most importantly, the AIA board wishes to thank all the lot owners who took the time to vote.
Moving Forward
As a result the current Covenants and Regulations are still in effect. This means that the provisions of the Regulations requiring a 14 day permit for a 2nd occupied RV or guest RV is still required and the provision that a garage can not be built before a house are still in effect. |
