Design Review Committee:
Purpose: establish a harmonious design for the community, protect and promote the value of properties in keeping with the covenants and design regulation.

Equestrian Committee:
Purpose: establish guidelines for administering and maintaining facilities for boarding of horses owned by Arrowhead owners and their guests on land controlled by the Association, so long as adequate demand exists.
--Ralph Ambruster, board liaison (liaison acts as the primary contact with the committee and the Arrowhead Riders Club.
Finance Committee:
Purpose: assists the treasurer in evaluating and planning for the financial needs of Arrowhead. Specifically, the committee performs an annual review of insurance coverage, serves as the budget and the audit committee.

Forest Management:
Purpose: The forest manager oversees completion of the annual forest health report prepared by the Colorado State Forest Service and manages the Association's mitigation effort. This position also communicates forest health issues and recommendations to owners through the Smoke Signals and direct contact.

Hazel Lake Committee:
Purpose: to study the attributes of the lake, dam and water source to determine the feasibility of increasing the water held in the lake.

Heavy Equipment Liaison:
Purpose: this person oversees the heavy equipment operator, who is responsible for maintaining the filing roads, alpine Plateau Road, the equipment building, and the parking lot. The heavy equipment operator also assists with other common area maintenance and improvements requiring the use of heavy equipment.

Long Range Planning Committee:
Purpose: identifies long-range issues facing Arrowhead and present potential courses of action for consideration of the Board.

Maintenance and Improvements Committee:
Purpose: oversees the maintenance and improvements to all common areas excluding roads, parking lot, and equipment building.

Security Liaison:
Purpose: oversee security activities, which consist of enforcing the rule sand regulations of Arrowhead as contained in the Covenants and Regulations.

Office Liaison:
Purpose: oversees the office operations which include owner communications, board and committee support, accounting, record keeping and office maintenance.

Voting Committee:
Purpose: oversees the voting for the election of board members and any other matters to be brought before the owners.
