The Arrowhead photography club known as the "Shutterbugs," was formed so that people at Arrowhead could learn and improve on taking pictures.
The intention is to provide a forum where folks who enjoy photography can get together to share ideas, to teach and learn as a casual group of amateurs, and to enjoy all aspects of the hobby.
There are many on the mountain that are advanced amateurs, but also there are many who enjoy shooting with compact digital cameras.

Digital photography and the computer environment have been responsible for many people to return to the hobby and for many to experience as a new hobby.
The club discusses composition, computer technique, printing and critiquing, retouching, matting, and framing. There are field trips and the club fund raiser, the Shutterbugs calendar. We participate in photo shows, compete and have held our own shows. This year we will also be having guest speakers. We meet casually on the 1st Friday of the month and try to schedule a field trip each month. So come join us and get some answers to your photography questions.
