John Krall Award Nomination Guidelines

June 8, 2009
The volunteer committee is accepting nominations for the “John Krall
Community Service Award”.  Please consider the following criteria as
you are making your nomination.

The recipient:

·        must have served the community consistently over a number of years
·        is a person who accomplishes tasks over and beyond what is expected or asked.
·        contributes without  any expectation of  reward or recognition.
·        can not currently be serving in any official capacity or paid position.
·        may be an individual or couple.

                   
Please complete a written summary detailing why you think this person is a
good candidate for the award.  All nominations must be signed and will be kept confidential.  You may email your nomination to Sondra Clifton at sj1clifton@gmail.com or mail to 610 Spruce Rd., Cimarron, CO.  The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, June 30th.   The award will be presented at the July 18th board meeting.

Please remember previous recipients are ineligible.  They are John Krall, Dee
Sedgewick, Billie Ellis, Don and Elaine LaForge, Don Bumgarner, and Glen     
and Carolyn Isbell.

Please take a few minutes of your time to recognize the efforts of those who
give so much to our community.
