The volunteer committee is accepting nominations for the “John Krall
Community Service Award”.  Please consider the following criteria as
you are making your nomination.

Krall Award Criteria
The recipient(s):

·       Must have served the community consistently over a number of years.
·       Is a person who accomplishes tasks over and above what is asked or expected.
·       Contributes without any expectation of reward or recognition.
·       Can currently be serving or have served in an official capacity or paid position, but the contributions made must be either outside the responsibility for the position or over and above what is expected for the position.
·       May be an individual or couple.

Nominations
Please complete a written summary detailing why you think this person is a good candidate for the award.  You may use the nomination form which you can download by clicking here. All nominations must be signed and will be kept confidential.  You may email your nomination to Bob Hernandez at BobHernandez@mac.com or mail to 1650 Hazel Lake Dr., Cimarron, CO   81220.
The Deadline is Wednesday, June 30th, it will be presented at the July 17th board meeting.

Please remember previous recipients are ineligible.  They are John Krall, Dee
Sedgewick, Billie Ellis, Don and Elaine LaForge, Don Bumgarner, Glen     
and Carolyn Isbell, and Ron and Diane Benson.

Please take a few minutes of your time to recognize the efforts of those who
give so much to our community.
