AIA--Arrowhead Improvements Association

The AIA board would like your comments. Due to the increase in incidents on filing roads involving vehicles operated by unsupervised children and teens under the legal driving age in Colorado, the board is proposing the following amendment to the regulations under Section II, Article 2b:

"Motor vehicle operators within the subdivision under the age of sixteen (16) shall be under the direct, immediate supervision of a licensed adult.
Failure to comply will result in a category 5 violation per occurrence ($50)."
