Receive Emergency Notifications
Arrowhead residents now have the option of receiving emergency notifications on their cell phones.  This service is provided free of charge through Gunnison County and can be discontinued at any time.

Scott Morill
Emergency Manager

Click here to visit Gunnison County's Regional Emergency Notifications page and learn more about this service. To register your cell phone to receive a voice contact, follow the little "click here" link under Regional Emergency Notifications on the county's web site.  Give your Arrowhead address.  To receive a text message, click on the Nixle system icon on the right-hand side of the county's page to register.

Feel free to contact Scott Morrill in the Gunnison County Emergency Management office at 641-2481 or smorrill@gunnisoncounty.org with questions.

Some of the links on this site open Adobe pdf documents of varying size (Smoke Signals tend to be large) for easier viewing and printing. These pdf documents can be opened with Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or later. Acrobat Reader is available for free and must be installed on your computer to read the above file(s). Due to the large size of some of these documents, downloading the files on a dial-up connection may take several minutes.
