Wayne and Sylvie Rhodes, bought their first lot at Arrowhead about 5 years ago, where they are currently building their home. They also have a vacant lot on Hazel Lake which they will build on later. The Rhodes plan to live here full time when the house is finished on Lake road. Wayne is an architectural designer specializing in mountain homes.
