Home Owner Survey

The Arrowhead fire department is working on better planning in case of a house fire here at Arrowhead. We are asking homeowners to fill out the Home Owners Survey to help increase resident and firefigher safety, as well as minimize property loss in the event of a fire. Once the form is filled out, the fire department will go to the home itself to get a better lay out of the property so we can decide how to attack the fire should it happen.

There are two options for filling out the survey. You can take a couple of minutes to fill out our online form and submit it with the click of a button, or you can download a pdf of the form, print it out, fill in the necessary information and deliver it to the fire department. (The online form is straight-forward and probably the quickest.)
