The process of amending and restating the regulations began in January 2017. After numerous special and regular board meetings, postings on the website, delaying a vote on the proposed regulations in January 2019, and mail notification to the owners of two additional special board meetings strictly to get owner input, the board will be voting on adopting the amended and restated regulations at the Saturday June 22nd board meeting.
Attached is the final draft of the proposed regulations. These will be discussed at the Special Board meeting on Friday June 21st, but it will be a review of the redline only and no further changes, except typographical errors will be made before the vote is taken on the 22nd.
As you will note, the issue of the shed size and building a garage before a house is not included in the final draft. The board anticipates seeking additional owner input by sending a mailing to all owners asking for an opinion on these two issues. More information on this process will be forthcoming very shortly.
The board thanks all of the owners who have given input during this process resulting in a more comprehensive and readable document.
