IMPORTANT NOTE: As new or amended policies, procedures or rules/regulations are adopted by the Board, they are posted on this page until ongoing revisions of the documents they will become a part of are complete. Since January 2017 your Board of Directors has been working on amending and restating the Regulations. Owners have given constructive and productive feedback either by email or at Special and Regular board meetings over the course of the last 2 ½ years. Many of these suggestions and comments have been incorporated into the final document. The board voted 6 to 0 to adopt the June 22, 2019 amended and restated Regulations. One member of the board had an excused absence and therefore did not vote.
An increased shed size above the current 200 square feet and deleting the statement from the current Regulations that a garage cannot be built before a house is still under discussion. Owners will be notified, via postings on the website, when there is any new information on these two issues.
The board thanks all of the owners who have given input during this process resulting in a more comprehensive and readable document.
Effective with this posting, the June 22, 2019 Regulations are the current Regulations which all owners are expected to abide by. All past versions of the Regulations are now no longer in effect. CLICK HERE TO VIEW
