
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OWNERS
At the regular board meeting on July 16, 2022, the AIA Board of Directors, by Emergency Resolution, adopted a TEMPORARY AMENDMENT TO REGULATIONS AS ADOPTED JANUARY 18, 2020, AND AMENDED JANUARY 15, 2022. Articles 8, 9, and 11 are amended and restated in their entirety as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, which is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference.
This TEMPORARY AMENDMENT is made on an emergency basis to ensure legal compliance with State of Colorado law while a permanent AMENDMENT is discussed, published and ultimately voted on as required by Article 12, section 6 of AIA Regulations.

A permanent AMENDMENT will continue to be discussed at the Regular Board Meetings on August 20, 2022, and September 17, 2022. The Board encourages owners to take the time to read the entire document (Exhibit A), and come to the meetings to share comments, or email the board at aiaowner1@gmail.com.

A Board Meeting will be held on November 12, 2022, at the Arrowhead Firehouse at 1:00pm. The proposed permanent AMENDMENT will be voted on at that meeting.
