ADVERTISING TERMS & AGREEMENT

Advertisers understand and acknowledge that The Smoke Signals is a community online newsletter for the exclusive use of the Arrowhead residents. The Arrowhead Improvements Association Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse, in its sole discretion, any advertising copy or news articles submitted. Any copy that is deemed inappropriate or distasteful for this publication will not be run. No political advertising permitted. Questions can be forwarded to aiasmokesignals@gmail.com.

The Smoke Signals may be distributed either in printed or digital electronic format on the web.

Newsletter Disclaimers: The Arrowhead Improvements Association Inc. is a state non-profit organi­zation. The purpose of the Arrowhead HOA is to unite the property owners of the Arrowhead subdivisions in Cimarron, Colorado; to encourage civic improvements within said area, to encourage community activities including, but not by way of limitation, the beautification, maintenance and general appearance of vacant and improved lots, filing roads, winter parking lot, entrances, open and recreational areas situated within the area and used in common by its residents; enhance the safety of Arrowhead; facilitate enforcement of any and all building restrictions, protective cov­enants, and to otherwise act in the interests of the members of the Association.

Appearance of an advertisement in this publication does not constitute a recom­mendation or endorsement by the Association of the goods or services offered. The opinions expressed in this newsletter are those of the individual authors and not the Board of your Association. Neither the Board, the publisher or the authors intend to provide any professional service or opinion through this publication. Advertisers expressly agree that their remedy for any error in publication is limited to the return of their advertising fee for that publication, and that the Arrowhead Improvements Association shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by Advertiser or others, or any losses or damages suffered, of whatsoever kind, as a consequence of any error or misinformation in any advertisement.

The contract becomes effective when submitted.  

PAYMENT: Advertising in the AIA Smoke Signals MUST be PAID IN FULL within 10 days from the date of ad/s submission. All first-time advertisers must pay BEFORE their first ad is published. If payment is not received, a delay in publishing the ad will carry over to the next publication date and/or ad request will be cancelled.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications must be in writing.
