Information for Advertising in the Smoke Signals:
The Smoke Signals is an online community newsletter that is published bi-monthly in the months of February, April, June, August, October and December. For additional information, click here
If you would like to advertise in the Smoke Signals, below is what we require:
AD SIZE & COST per edition:
• Full Page (7 1/2" x 10") = $100
• 1/2 Page Vertical (3 5/8" x 10") = $50
• 1/2 Page Horizontal (7 1/2" x 4 7/8") = $50
• 1/4 Page (3 5/8" x 4 7/8") = $25
• Business Card (3' x 2") = $10
AD REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENTS:
Ad submission are due by the 20th day of the month prior to the next month’s publication. Example: for the publication month of February the deadline date would be January 20th.
- All Ads must be "camera ready;" JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF or PDF formats. Please note, when submitting your ad as a PDF format, it will be converted to a JPG or PNG (photo) for placement in the newsletter draft.
All advertising is on a “1st come 1st serve” basis and based on ad size availability.

Payment for advertising MUST be PAID IN FULL within 10 days from the date of ad/s submission.
All first-time advertisers must pay BEFORE their first ad is published. If payment is not received a delay in publishing the ad will carry over to the next publication date.
