The Arrowhead subdivision, previously called Arrowhead Ranch or Arrowhead in Gunnison Country, is a large mountain residential community in southwestern Gunnison County, Colorado. It is located seven miles south of U.S. Highway 50 between the cities of Montrose and Gunnison.

The community includes residential lots, forests, meadows, common areas between lots, and also encircles commercial and private properties which include a lodge, restaurant, and other businesses.

The Arrowhead subdivision covers 2,281 acres at an altitude over 9,000 feet. There is a total of 835 privately owned circular lots; 575 one-acre lots and 260 three-quarter acre lots. The remaining land area is held in common by Arrowhead Improvements Association (AIA).

The Arrowhead Improvements Association (AIA) is the homeowners association (HOA) representing the community and is the largest HOA in Gunnison County. Incorporated in 1974 as a Colorado nonprofit, AIA administers covenants, regulations, architectural controls, common property maintenance, road maintenance, forest management/wildfire mitigation efforts, and association finances.

The subdivision is adjacent to private, Bureau of Land Management, and National Forest lands. The road through the subdivision is heavily used by the public for access to these lands for ranching and outdoor recreation.
