Arrowhead Outreach
**In case of ANY EMERGENCY call 911**
_edited_edited.png)
Purpose:

The Arrowhead Outreach team serves as the information and monitoring branch of the AIA Board, acting as ambassadors for owner engagement and community awareness. While they assume many of the responsibilities once held by the former patrol group, their role has been refined to align with current insurance and liability standards.

Key Functions Include:
-
Providing accurate information to owners and guests
-
Distributing vehicle stickers and other official materials
-
Monitoring compliance with AIA covenants and regulations
-
Promoting owner and fire pit safety
-
Conducting owner orientation and education
Important Clarifications:
Arrowhead Outreach is here to support a well-informed, safety-conscious community — not to police it. Their focus is on visibility, communication, and helping everyone stay aligned with AIA’s standards and expectations. Outreach does not perform welfare or cabin checks, provide transportation or evacuation services, or operate in any security capacity.

Required Speed Limits in the Arrowhead Community!

-
20 mph on all AIA Filing Roads

OPEN POSITION

Arrowhead Outreach Resources & Services

-
25 mph on Alpine Plateau Road

During the late Spring & Summer months comes the dreaded dust on our filing roads. Remember, the faster you drive on dirt roads the more dust you generate! When dust is generated, it's also a sign that the material that makes up our roads is eroding away. The bottom line is; higher speeds are the enemy of dirt roads.
Please be neighborly and slow down when you pass people walking or on ATV's, UTV's or bicycles. Nobody likes to be dusted so be courteous to your fellow community members.
Also, be sure to inform your visitors of the speed limits. Remember, as an Arrowhead community member you can be held responsible when your guests violate our rules, regulations and covenants.
