Monty Caldwell
I moved to Colorado from Kansas as a 15-year-old boy and have been a mountain boy ever since. I graduated from Delta High School, where I met my wife Shelly and have been together ever since. We moved away for 10 years while I served in the US Navy and then again for 7 years to live in Abilene TX. We always came back.
In 2020, we purchased our first property in Arrowhead on Spruce. We lived there in summer until the end of 2023 when we sold our house in Montrose and purchased our current cabin on Balsam. We've lived here year-round since then.
I semi-retired at beginning of this year from our business and wanted to get more involved in the mountain life and continue to meet more of the amazing folks that live up here. I decided that being an Arrowhead Outreach member was the perfect way to accomplish that journey. I have not been disappointed and have truly loved living up here and enjoyed all the mountain has to offer. I look forward to many more years of living on this wonderful mountain!

Jeff Caldwell
I bring a diverse background and a strong work ethic to his position with Arrowhead Outreach. After 10 years in the oilfield with Halliburton, I joined my family’s FedEx business, where I worked as a courier for approximately five years before my son took over the operation. I later became part owner of an assisted living facility, helping operate the business for five years before selling.
I originally moved to Arrowhead to help care for my grandmother and quickly fell in love
with the mountain community and lifestyle. That connection ultimately led me to join
Arrowhead Outreach. Above all, I'm very family-oriented and am a proud father of three and
grandfather of three.

Neal Dragastin
Born and raised in Kansas. I graduated from Kansas State University and moved to Ohio shortly after. After a couple of years I ended up at a company called Stanley Electric. We made automotive lighting for Honda. I eventually ended up in New Model Testing before I finally retired after 37 years. I met my wife, Jean, at Stanley and we moved to Arrowhead in July and will stay year-round.
